Thanks guys. Sorry I haven't been around much. We had a scare last week as Jen was admitted for high blood pressure and then released on Saturday once they had it under control. Unfortunately, the doctor's fear that it may be preeclampsia was founded as Sunday evening, Jen started to have chest pains, a fever, high blood pressure again and started vomiting so we had to rush back to the ER in the middle of the night. By 4am they admitted her back to the maternity ward and sent me and Ian home for the night. By 8 AM, her blood panels came back all out of whack so the doc decided that it was best to do an emergency caesarian as it would only get worse for both Jennifer and little Izzy (Isabel Caroline Wargacki by the way). Fortunately, the operation went well and Jen was just released today with normal blood pressure and everything else without the use of any meds. Unfortunately, Izzy still has a long way to go before she's healthy enough so she'll be in the NICU for some time pending she fights for it. Right now, they're trying to develop her lungs more, take care of the slight jaundice she had and get her digestive track going. It'll be a rough road but we're hopeful. So needless to say, I won't be around too much nor able to make it to any dinners anytime soon but I'll keep all of you guys in the loop. Thank you for all of the support through notes, phone calls, etc. It means a great deal to us. I'll talk to you folks soon.
