JOHIO is the codename for
G.I.JOE’s regional unit based at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. JOHIO is Led by Super Trooper with a
contingent of nine NATIVE active duty PERSONNEL and with augmentation
capability by green shirt reservists who live regionally as well. Super Trooper has been given direct
charge from General Hawk to act autonomously in interdiction operations against
COBRA terrorist networks throughout the JOHIO region. WITHAL, JOHIO is also on call and ready
to assist the MAIN G.I.JOE SPECIAL MISSION FORCE at any time. YO JOHIO!
